IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR YOUR STAY - PLEASE READ During the Covid-19 Crisis the Government issued guidance and restrictions governing Accommodation Providers and guidance to employers. Although this guidance is now mostly advisory due to the nature of our small business, the rising levels of infections within the community and the impact of a positive test of one of our guests or staff members on our ability to honour our ongoing commitments we are seeking to continue to follow the sensible practical advice contained in the government’s current guidance wherever practical. The following information reflects the changes we have introduced to protect both Employees and Guests. We hope you will bear with us, as we seek to provide an optimum level of service within the advised guidance. Updated : 27th July 2022 The services and facilities we offer have been adjusted to comply (as closely as possible) with the guidance issued by the Government to protect both Employees and Guests during their stay with us. Enclosed Spaces Guidance In the spirit of guidance in relation to ‘enclosed spaces’ we will continue to operate a contactless 'self-service' check-in procedure and will be seeking co-operation from guests to arrange ‘staggered’ arrival/check-in times whenever possible. Guests will be sent (via email prior to arrival) a code to access the property main door via a key safe. Having accessed the property, please replace the key in the key safe. Following the ‘Basic Hygiene’ guidance your sanitized Room and Front Door Key will be in an envelope, with your name, on the hall table. Hand sanitizer (and spare masks) will be available at the entrance. Your room will be indicated (upstairs) and your name will be on the door.
